The 5XÉçÇøResearch Committee on Administrative Culture (RC48) is pleased to announce its third lecture in the ongoing International Monthly Lecture Series (online), which will be held on 31 October 2025.
The lecture, titled New Management of Human Behavior Through Social Rating of Citizens, will be delivered by Dr. Alexander Sokolov, Head of the Department of Socio-Political Theories at Demidov Yaroslavl State University, Russia.
