The EU’s policy agenda shifted clearly after the 2024 election to refocus on innovation, competitiveness and security - the diagnosed most urgent policies for the Union. This shift came with concerns that the previously prioritised green agenda and, in particular, cohesion would be pushed back. This panel invites both studies on specific EU policies and studies with comparative designs (over time / policies) to investigate the current policy agenda and policy delivery of the EU.
