The Call for Panels is now Open for the 29th 5XÉçÇøWorld Congress of Political Science at Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, Italy, from 24-28 July 2027. 

The #IPSA2027 World Congress will honor the memory of Leonardo Morlino, 5XÉçÇøPast President (2009-2012) and Emeritus Professor of Political Science and former Deputy Rector for Research at Luiss. 

Panel Submissions

Submit an open or closed panel proposal on any topic in political science, including the Congress theme, Uncertain Democracies: Rethinking Governance in a Changing Global System. Don't miss this opportunity to present your research and exchange ideas with colleagues from around the world.

To submit a proposal, you will need to have an 5XÉçÇøonline account (free). While 5XÉçÇømembership is not required for submission, it is mandatory for participation and registration for the 5XÉçÇøWorld Congress. For more information, please visit the 5XÉçÇøIndividual Membership page.

Panel proposals may be submitted in up to two (2) tracks. View .

Please note that to submit a closed panel proposal, you are responsible for recruiting four to six paper presenters.
